Cancellation policy

I kindly ask at least 24-hours advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of the free slot.

However, if you are unable to give me the minimum 24-hours advance notice, and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged 50% of the session fee that is to be settled on your next appointment or through an issued invoice.

No Shows or ‘Did not attend’

If you arrive later than the stated cut off times listed below the appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged 50% of the session fee that is to be settled on your next appointment or through an issued invoice.

  • 30min session – 12min
  • 45min session – 18min
  • 60min session – 24min

RSMT London @ Clients home/workplace (Mobile)

I kindly ask at least 24-hours advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. However, if you are unable to give me the minimum 24-hours notice you will be charged 50% of the session fee (excluding any previously agreed travel charges), if I am already en route you will be charged the full session fee (including any previously agreed travel charges) that is to be settled on your next appointment or through an issued invoice.
