Cancellation policy

I kindly ask at least 24-hours advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of the free slot.
However, if you are unable to give me the minimum 24-hours advance notice and I am unable to fill your time slot you will be charged 50% of the session fee, however if I am already en-route you will be charged the full session fee, including any previously agreed travel charges. This charge, issued through an invoice, is to be settled on your next appointment, via an online payment link or direct bank transfer.
No Shows or ‘Did not attend’
If you arrive later than the stated cut off times listed below the appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged 50% of the session fee that is to be settled on your next appointment or through an issued invoice.
- 30min session – cut off time after 15 min
- 45min session – cut off time after 20 min
- 60min session – cut off time after 35 min
